The new version 18.1 of our CRM solution SMARTCRM is available as of January and includes many new functions for sales and marketing.
With Bodan GmbH, once again a wholesale company has chosen SMARTCRM. SMARTCRM supports from now on the employees in sales and marketing. One of the goals of the CRM implementation is the optimization of the communication of field service and back office. Another requirement was to keep an overview of the current sales figures from the ERP system Navision in SMARTCRM.

With RUDOLF Medical GmbH + Co. KG, once again, a user of MAJESTY ERP has decided to implement SMARTCRM. We have been a cooperation partner of the ERP manufacturer UB Software for several years and RUDOLF was convinced by the quickly and easily implemented standard interface to MAJESTY ERP. Using this, the ERP data are from now on transferred and analyzed in SMARTCRM. Thus, the current sales figures from the company’s level up to the individual customer are available at any time.
SMARTCRM replaces GEO’s previously used CRM system and will support the sales, service and marketing employees in the future. Key in the decision were the extensive functions for efficient management of the assembly and service staff.

From now on, SMARTCRM supports the sales processes of the ALUJET GmbH. An important requirement in the framework of the CRM implementation was the improved access of the field service to relevant sales information. Next to our CRM solution, ALUJET relies also on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. SMARTCRM directly reaches for the master and dynamic data from the ERP system and imports them.
Since the summer of 2016, the Fritsch GmbH has been relying on SMARTCRM in the sales, service, marketing and purchasing departments. The company was convinced by SMARTCRM’s coherent concept as well as its bidirectional standard interface to the ERP system proALPHA.
