We are looking forward to our new customer from Austria: the INNOTECH group. From now on, SMARTCRM is used in the sales, purchasing, marketing and service departments. Key in the decision process was the preconfigured standard interfaces to abas ERP and abas DMS.
Since 2017, the ALUJET employees of the sales, marketing and service departments have been working with SMARTCRM. In the CRM selection process, SMARTCRM scored with intuitive usability, user-friendly surface, modular design as well as the interface to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
One module – many possibilities for our customers: because the project management functions are so flexible in SMARTCM that they can adapt to very different requirements and sales processes. Some user experiences are presented here as examples.
