Since 2019, the employees of Krug & Priester GmbH & Co. KG have been working with SMARTCRM in the field and back sales and marketing. Among others, we impressed with the preconfigured standard interface to Infor LN and our ERP expertise. The employee acceptance of SMARTCRM is consistently good, and Krug + Priester is also very satisfied with the assistance provided by our support and project management teams.
From now on, SMARTCRM supports processes in sales and marketing at Andernach & Bleck GmbH & Co. KG.. The decision was made to introduce a CRM system because all sales requirements could not be met with the ERP system alone. In the CRM decision process, we scored with a pilot phase during which Andernach & Bleck was able to put our CRM solution and the interface to Infor COM through their paces.
Hager & Meisinger GmbH has decided to implement our CRM solution to support their sales department. We impressed with our standard connection to proALPHA among others. In this way, employees can keep an eye on sales trends and customer order patterns at all times for instance and can react to changes at an early stage. Another important requirement of the company was the optimal integration of the field force.
ANT has been relying on our CRM solution company-wide since 2011. As a long-term cooperation partner of the abas Software AG, we were able to set up the bidirectional interface to abas ERP with little effort. The connection already fulfilled almost all ANT’s requirements. This way, the company could significantly reduce the time required for analysis and processing of the figures with our CRM system and its ease of use.

Since 2019, Pultex has been using our CRM solution in sales field and back office. SMARTCRM is accepted by the employee of the specialized retailer for plastic with no exception since the advantages of the user-friendly CRM solution are clearly evident to all. According to managing director Thomas Bongard, working without the CRM software is no longer an option at Pultex.
The Janser GmbH from Ehningen, Germany, has been relying on SMARTCRM for sales field and back office since 2005. Until then, data had been documented by the flooring technology specialist on various media. Today, all customer-related information from activity and machine history to evaluations of the figures from Sage b7 can be centrally viewed in the CRM solution.
Once again, a brewery opted for implementing our CRM solution. From now on, SMARTCRM supports sales and marketing processes of Distelhäuser Brauerei Ernst Bauer GmbH & Co. KG. An important requirement of the brewery is to map the relationships of addresses belonging together. In addition to SMARTCRM, Distelhäuser uses the ERP software INTEGRA. We could easily connect the ERP system to our CRM solution via an interface. The figures will be automatically transferred from INTEGRA and processed in SMARTCRM. In the future, all relevant data will also be available to the field service at any time while on the road.
