The company with headquarters in Bergneustadt, Germany, is a manufacturer of electronic price displays for fuel stations. With over 40 years of industry-specific know-how and projects in over 75 countries, PWM belongs to the most experienced international suppliers in this field.
Once again, an Infor COM user, BRANOpac, has decided to implement our CRM solution company-wide. Through the standard interfaces to ERP and DMS as well as an automatic e-mail import from Microsoft Outlook, SMARTCRM highly supports BRANOpac in preventing local data storage and information loss as well as in significantly reducing the effort required to obtain information.
We welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Switzerland with MENU SYSTEM AG. The company develops and manufactures induction stoves for restaurant and large catering kitchens. In order to gain a complete centralized overview of all projects and developed cooking suites at any time, the company has decided to introduce a CRM system. This will be guaranteed by SMARTCRM with the interface to proALPHA among others.
We are glad to welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Austria: the HIRSCH Servo Group. One essential goal of the CRM implementation is to improve the field service integration. Both business divisions of the company, EPS Processing and Technology, will be represented as separate clients in SMARTCRM. This way, the employees of each division only access the information they need for their work processes.
