We are delighted to have been able to support the young company H2NOW with our CRM solution right from the start. Since last year, the Berlin-based service provider has been building up a nationwide network of hydrogen filling stations and coordinating procurement, trade and logistics – and we are on board as CRM experts!
Behind H2NOW GmbH are the parent companies SCORE GmbH and BMV Energy GmbH, which are active in the fields of filling station operation and fuel trading.
H2NOW’s Managing Director, Stefan Schwarzer, was already familiar with SMARTCRM and the many benefits of CRM from a previous company. As a result, he did not want to do without SMARTCRM support at H2NOW and wanted to ensure transparent processes and high data quality right from the start.
H2NOW needs to manage a large number of leads and contacts while maintaining an overview. In order to achieve this, the CRM system collects all data on prospects and customers, including addresses, contact persons, classifications and other detailed information. An important aspect is the representation of hierarchies and relationships, as prospects and customers are often part of association and group structures. These structures are easily mapped in SMARTCRM and can be viewed at the click of a mouse.
All agreements, phone documentation, visit reports, etc. are documented in the corresponding prospect or customer file. SMARTCRM automatically imports all emails from local Outlook accounts via Microsoft Exchange and archives them in the corresponding CRM file. This keeps the entire communication history in view and everyone knows what was discussed with whom and when.
SMARTCRM also provides the company with full support for project planning: In the future, all projects will be managed in a CRM project file organized by phase, from initial contact to completion. This file contains not only project information, but also all addresses and contacts involved, as well as the associated activity history. Quotations are created directly in SMARTCRM and archived in the project file. H2NOW offers numerous services in the areas of site development, project planning and construction, supply, marketing and strategic partnership. Offers are detailed accordingly. In the future, SMARTCRM will help with quotation writing: The services are described once in text modules and can then be inserted into the quotation in SMARTCRM at the click of a mouse. Quotation templates also ensure a CI-compliant appearance. The quote can then be emailed directly from the CRM solution to the prospect. SMARTCRM ensures optimal tracking with tasks, due dates, reminders and overviews on the home screen, so that no offer is lost.
