Once again, an Infor COM user, BRANOpac, has decided to implement our CRM solution company-wide. Through the standard interfaces to ERP and DMS as well as an automatic e-mail import from Microsoft Outlook, SMARTCRM highly supports BRANOpac in preventing local data storage and information loss as well as in significantly reducing the effort required to obtain information.

We welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Switzerland with MENU SYSTEM AG. The company develops and manufactures induction stoves for restaurant and large catering kitchens. In order to gain a complete centralized overview of all projects and developed cooking suites at any time, the company has decided to introduce a CRM system. This will be guaranteed by SMARTCRM with the interface to proALPHA among others.

During the selection process, we stood up with the intuitive, user-friendly interface of our CRM solution, the thought-out implementation process as well as the competent support of our employees.
