With PWM GmbH, we are looking forward to a new customer from the proALPHA environment. The company with headquarters in Bergneustadt, Germany, is a manufacturer of electronic price displays for fuel stations. With over 40 years of industry-specific know-how and projects in over 75 countries, PWM belongs to the most experienced international suppliers in this field.
From now on, SMARTCRM supports the field sales staff and back-office personnel as well as the marketing employees. Moreover, in a second step, the service department should be connected to the CRM solution. PWM has chosen SMARTCRM to bundle all customer-related information central in one system. We scored with the pre-configured standard interface to the ERP system proALPHA which can be quickly and easily set up. Also key in the decision-making process was the SMARTCRM.App and its intuitive operation.
SMARTCRM will import data from proALPHA, such as customer and product master data, turnover positions, order backlog positions and open items over an interface. The figure material will be then analyzed in SMARTCRM and always available in the main version as well as in the SMARTCRM.App. This way, in the near future, the field staff, who travels worldwide, will also have direct access to the sales information. Using the SMARTCRM.App, they will reach all existing CRM data and add new information directly in the app, so that the access of the back-office personnel to the updated data is immediately guaranteed. If there is no Internet connection, the offline access to the complete CRM data is possible on the notebook.
Soon, SMARTCRM will enable a panoramic view of all the steps of a project: so, the complete communication as well as all project data, quotations and forecast information are stored centrally in the corresponding project file.
In a second stage, the service employees will also benefit from SMARTCRM for maintenance and repair appointments. PWM will indeed document the price displays sold as well as the complete detail information such as technical data and location as well in SMARTCRM. Thereby, the SMARTCRM.App makes these data available to the service staff at any time even when on a service assignment at the customer’s site.
