Soon, our CRM system will support PULTEX sales processes in the office and the field service. Given that the ERP features alone were insufficient to optimally manage and maintain all customer-related information, PULTEX has decided to introduce a CRM system. Therefore, ERP and CRM advantages are going to be bundled up from now on.

SMARTCRM scores with a standard interface to Infor COM
Once again, an Infor COM user, BRANOpac, has decided to implement our CRM solution company-wide. Through the standard interfaces to ERP and DMS as well as an automatic e-mail import from Microsoft Outlook, SMARTCRM highly supports BRANOpac in preventing local data storage and information loss as well as in significantly reducing the effort required to obtain information.
Well-thought-out CRM in Switzerland
MENU SYSTEM has chosen SMARTCRM
We welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Switzerland with MENU SYSTEM AG. The company develops and manufactures induction stoves for restaurant and large catering kitchens. In order to gain a complete centralized overview of all projects and developed cooking suites at any time, the company has decided to introduce a CRM system. This will be guaranteed by SMARTCRM with the interface to proALPHA among others.

HIRSCH Servo Group relies on our CRM solution
We are glad to welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Austria: the HIRSCH Servo Group. One essential goal of the CRM implementation is to improve the field service integration. Both business divisions of the company, EPS Processing and Technology, will be represented as separate clients in SMARTCRM. This way, the employees of each division only access the information they need for their work processes.

The company opts for our CRM solution a second time
We are looking forward to welcoming the ZIMMER Group as a customer for the second time. A change of the ERP system also brought the replacement of SMARTCRM several years ago. Now the company has decided to reintroduce our CRM solution. SMARTCRM scored with its multi-client capability and its standard interface to the ERP system proALPHA.
CRM replacement at Funke Kunststoffe GmbH
SMARTCRM scores with mobile CRM via the app
SMARTCRM replaces the previous CRM system at Funke and supports the customer-oriented processes in sales and marketing from now on. During the selection process, we stood up with the intuitive, user-friendly interface of our CRM solution, the thought-out implementation process as well as the competent support of our employees. In addition, we were able to easily connect the ERP software, SoftM, to SMARTCRM.
