SMARTCRM smooths the processes and ensures for a uniform corporate image. Quotations are automatically filled up with descriptions and pictures and block totals as well as total price are easily calculated while taking special prices or discounts into consideration. The documents are then provided with electronic signatures. Quotation tracking is particularly clear in SMARTCRM. If several quotations belong to one project, the project development is obvious at a glance for the employees. The quotations are sent after approval by the sales and the technology departments that is granted through SMARTCRM. If an employee subsequently processes quotation items, the CRM system automatically resets the release.
SMARTCRM provides iNOEX with a current overview of their sales figures. The data material imported through the interface is prepared at customer or product levels. In addition, the CRM software provides detailed analyses of the forecast.
