SMARTCRM 19.2 will be launched this June. In the new version, we have made numerous usability adjustments and optimized the user-friendliness for users and system administrators. For instance, the operation of the conversations has been simplified. The new overview on the address mask also shows all assigned conversations at a glance.
Users working with the SMARTCRM.App can look forward to many new functionalities: for instance, they will be informed via in-app notification of incoming Organizer entries. When sending an entry, they benefit from the optimized selection of recipients. In addition, a new memo is also available in the app. Thus, texts can be individually formatted and pictures or links conveniently inserted. For field service staff, often on the roads for trade fairs, the SMARTCRM.App offers quick and easy lead acquisition using the camera function. In the version 19.2, the photographed business cards are additionally saved as an image file in the address file.
In addition, SMARTCRM.App provides an even more detailed view of sales figures, since SMARTCRM.Sales now allows the representation of detailed sales figures for a territory.
