Shortly, SMARTCRM 22.1 is going to be launched on the market. The new version 22.1 has become smoother – not only thanks to new functions, but also in the truest sense of the word. Adapted to the current Microsoft Windows design, the user interface comes now with rounded corners and a corresponding color scheme.
But, needless to say, it also impresses with numerous new functionalities. Right after the start of the CRM solution, a new overview on the SMART Board provides an immediate summary of all sales targets and their achievement per employee.
A highlight in 22.1 is the new dictation function, which can be used, for example, to document a visit report in SMARTCRM or create a task in SMARTCRM.Organizer in no time at all. What was already possible in the SMARTCRM.App now also operates in SMARTCRM. And those who work with two screens can now also undock windows from SMARTCRM in the Organizer and drag them to the second screen.
With a variety of new, individually usable filter options in different areas, the required information can be found even faster. For example, with the user-specific definition of a standard filter, the grid overviews in version 22.1 display exactly the information that one needs most frequently. Marketing teams and anyone who regularly uses selections, sends serial emails or transfers recipients to Inxmail, the search, sort and delete functionalities make it easier to manage their saved selections. And those who already use the Inxmail New Xperience solution from Inxmail GmbH can access it directly in our CRM solution.
