We are proud that more than 15.000 users in Germany, Switzerland and Austria have integrated SMARTCRM into their daily work – and not only in sales, but throughout the company. We continue to support them with consulting, system analysis, customization and user and administrator trainings. Customers in Austria and in Switzerland are served directly from our offices in Salzburg and Frauenfeld.

The German Federal Association of IT-SME (Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. – BITMi) has awarded us “Software Made in Germany” label. The seal is granted to software applications that combine first-class service, quality and sustainability.
We are a member of the Südpfalz Innovation Hub eG – a cooperative that aims to strengthen digital competence in the region.
We offer many interface solutions to current third party systems, such as DMS, ERP and email marketing software and thereby work together closely with numerous cooperation partners.
