SMARTCRM 21.1 will be launched shortly. The focus of the new version is, among other things, the SMART Board, the start screen and cockpit of our CRM solution. In addition to a revised look, it offers three exciting new functionalities with the time-lapse, the dockable windows as well as the object overview.
SMARTCRM.Basis also comes up with many other helpful innovations. For example, users can define standard tabs – according to their individual needs – which are always shown in the foreground when the mask is called up. Likewise, the practical full-text search is of great advantage to all users in SMARTCRM.Organizer. There have also been some changes in the SMARTCRM.Sales module.
Another emphasis of our development was the extension of the Outlook add-in. In the future, users will benefit from the display of the SMARTCRM business card in Microsoft Outlook and the direct jump to the CRM system. New import options for e-mails, contact persons and signatures ensure even greater usability in the interaction between our CRM solution and Microsoft Outlook.
For all SMARTCRM.App users, change user feature is available in SMARTCRM.Organizer as well as new sales evaluations for articles and article groups.
