The strong combination: SMARTCRM and SAP

SMARTCRM accesses your data managed in SAP over the interface and links them with the corresponding customer and prospective customer data. This is how your sales representatives see the current sales and sales developments. Numerous other information, such as address and contact related partner roles – from the customer to the merchandise or invoice recipient – can also be imported in SMARTCRM.

In reverse, SMARTCRM transfers customer specific data, such as prospective customers, contacts or quotations to SAP, using the SAP function building block.

The multi-client and multi-currency interface makes it possible to bundle CRM and ERP functions by importing any data from SAP, such as:

  • Addresses
  • Contacts
  • Group structures, hierarchies
  • Partner roles
  • Payment terms
  • Delivery and shipping terms
  • Sales revenue
  • Orders on hand
  • Open items
  • Material master data
  • Quotation including positions
  • Additional individual tables

Over time SMARTCRM has adapted to our requirements, since the developers of SMARTCRM take our sales processes into consideration and implement their findings in product development.

Kurt Hoppen, General Manager at Bluhm Systeme GmbH

The key advantage of SMARTCRM is the analysis strength. We especially benefit from the numbers and project data in the system. We immediately see whether the sales revenue meets our expectations or whether projects get out of hand. SMARTCRM provides consolidated and focused information at any time.
