SMARTCRM accesses your data managed in SAP over the interface and links them with the corresponding customer and prospective customer data. This is how your sales representatives see the current sales and sales developments. Numerous other information, such as address and contact related partner roles – from the customer to the merchandise or invoice recipient – can also be imported in SMARTCRM.

In reverse, SMARTCRM transfers customer specific data, such as prospective customers, contacts or quotations to SAP, using the SAP function building block.
