SMARTCRM has been supporting sales, project planning and marketing at RP-Technik since 2019

Since 2019, RP-Technik has relied on SMARTCRM in field and office sales as well as in project planning and marketing. The requirements and goals associated to the implementation of our CRM solution were:

Project management is one of the focus of SMARTCRM support at RP-Technik. Our CRM enables here :

  • Documentation of all projects across all phases
  • Quotation creation in abas ERP directly from SMARTCRM at the press of a button
  • Automatic import oft he created quotation including all items
  • Follow-up tasks for optimal quotation tracking
  • Automatic import of orders from abas ERP
  • Overviews on the start screen, e.g. of open projects and quotations, won and lost projects as well as new inquiries

The benefits of using SMARTCRM in the field service include:

  • The access of all important CRM data via the SMARTCRM.App on smartphones and tablets
  • Reminder of visits to be arranged according to the defined visit rhythm
  • Tour planning in SMARTCRM and visualization of routes in Bing Maps
  • Overviews of upcoming and past tours

RP-Technik also relies on SMARTCRM in marketing and our standard connection to the email marketing solution Inxmail. It enables personalized, data protection-compliant newsletter and mailing dispatch.
