Our SMARTCRM annual review 2018

12 successful months, which offered us and the SMARTCRM users many innovations, lie behind us: new SMARTCRM versions, new customers and new colleagues.

Let’s take a look back at our highlights of the year.

  • New customer record 2.0

    In 2018, we again increased the number of new customers. We welcome you very warmly and thank you for your trust!

  • Data Protection

    This year, the term the most referred to was “General Data Protection Regulation”, as it not only kept us busy within our internal processes, but also was a large part of our SMARTCRM version 18.2.

  • SMARTCRM energy supplier with heart

    Since the beginning of this year, our “good soul” has catered the right amount of energy, providing us with delicious meals during our lunch breaks and paying attention to our vitamin balance. Thanks to her, even our “fast food junkies” empty salad bowls in no time.  The long queues do not just build up when there are freshly made Dampfnudeln (literally “steamed noodles”) – the new favorite dish for the entire SMARTCRM crew. And in the summer, she used tons of ice to keep the heat from going to our heads.

  • New creative minds and a jubilee

    In 2018, two new employees and two apprentices found their way to us in Kandel.

    In addition, we are pleased that after successfully completing their training, two colleagues have remained an integral part of the team.

    And the 10th jubilee of a colleague belonging to the project management department was yet another reason to celebrate.

  • A tiny Mini-SMARTIE

    One of our colleagues has become a father and therefore we could welcome the youngest SMARTCRM and FCK fan into the team.

  • The best for last

    The highlight at the end of the year is the release of the SMARTCRM version 19.1, which shines with numerous new functionalities and a harmonious interface.
