We welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Switzerland with MENU SYSTEM AG. The company develops and manufactures induction stoves for restaurant and large catering kitchens. In order to gain a complete centralized overview of all projects and developed cooking suites at any time, the company has decided to introduce a CRM system. This will be guaranteed by SMARTCRM with the interface to proALPHA among others.
We are glad to welcome a new SMARTCRM customer from Austria: the HIRSCH Servo Group. One essential goal of the CRM implementation is to improve the field service integration. Both business divisions of the company, EPS Processing and Technology, will be represented as separate clients in SMARTCRM. This way, the employees of each division only access the information they need for their work processes.

SMARTCRM 19.2 will be launched this June. We have made numerous usability adjustments and optimized the user-friendliness for users and system administrators. Moreover, the version scores with extended functionality. The users of the SMARTCRM.App can also certainly look forward to the version 19.2.

The company, located in Balingen, Germany, has been manufacturing shredders, paper cutters and air cleaner for more than 60 years on the brink of the Swabian Alb.
