The GEO Produkte GmbH from Schwetzingen, Germany, has chosen to introduce our CRM system. For more than 40 years, GEO has manufactured officially tested and certified shower screens for every generation and every bathroom. The company offers also services for measuring and assembly.

SMARTCRM replaces GEO’s previously used CRM system and will support the sales, service and marketing employees in the future. Key in the decision were the extensive functions for efficient management of the assembly and service staff. Tours and routes can be directly planned in SMARTCRM, but also using the integrated map view in Bing Maps and the corresponding appointments automatically added to the CRM calendar.

In addition, the improved connection of the sales and service field employees is an important goal of the CRM implementation. SMARTCRM imports the sales figures using a standard interface to Infor LN ERP system and provides current evaluations, for instance analyzes of customers sales on the go and at any time. The offline capability of our CRM solution enables access to all CRM data using notebooks without internet connection. Thus, GEO service employees can create a service order for instance during a maintenance operation and write the report in the CRM system immediately after the visit.

Visit reports can also be documented by the sales staff in SMARTCRM. In the CRM system, the checklists with predefined questions facilitate the creation of report, ensure the uniformity of the queried data and increase the information quality. From now on, the shower screens manufacturer also creates quotations using the CRM software. Thus, the CI-conform templates and illustrated product text modules save time and effort. The automatic archiving of all quotations in SMARTCRM guarantees a full traceability.

If GEO exhibits at trade fairs, SMARTCRM supports the employees with a business card scanner for immediate leads recording and processing in the CRM system.
