ALUJET relies on SMARTCRM in sales

From now on, SMARTCRM supports the sales processes of the ALUJET GmbH. The DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified company with headquarter in Mammendorf, Germany, started in 1978 with the production of professional systems in the insulation industry. Today, ALUJET produces a wide range of special foils, roof and waterproofing sheeting, insulation material as well as gluing and bonding systems.

An important requirement in the framework of the CRM implementation was the improved access of the field service to relevant sales information. Next to our CRM solution, ALUJET relies also on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. SMARTCRM directly reaches for the master and dynamic data from the ERP system and imports them. Thus, the quotation positions from Microsoft Dynamics NAV are transferred to SMARTCRM and automatically archived in the customer file. If these quotations and orders used to be sent to the field service staff per e-mail, now they can track them at any time and without gaps. SMARTCRM evaluates the transferred figures such as sales material, incoming orders and open items on different levels. Depending on whether an internet connection is available on the road, the access to the evaluations as well as all other CRM information is available offline via notebooks or online via the SMARTCRM.App with tablets and smartphones. So, for instance, the employees are able to enter their visit reports in the CRM system directly after visiting a customer. Depending on the customer group, SMARTCRM automatically provides the corresponding templates and this way reduces the costs and efforts. ALUJET also manages the expense reports in our CRM solution.

Additionally, SMARTCRM scores with the possibility to plan tours and routes for ALUJET. So, from now on, the sales employees can directly plan their tours, manage their appointments and document their results in the CRM system.  Addresses can be exported to Bing Maps with one click to visualize there routes on a map and to transfer this back to SMARTCRM if required.

Moreover, the marketing benefits from the CRM implementation. Thus, ALUJET can plan and carry out the full campaign management, such as the participation to a fair. The employees directly document in the system all organization steps and marketing measures, from the sending of the invitation mailing to the thank-you letter including the information material. The quick lead capture ensures at fairs that no information is lost.
